Teams and athletes can begin checking in Friday at 1:00 PM. Teams who can not register Friday afternoon must check in Saturday morning before their first event.

Admission for the event Saturday is $10 for Adults ages 18+ and $5 for students K-12 and senior citizens. Children under the age of 5 get in FREE.

TEAM DIVISIONS

For athletes of all skill set from RX, skilled, novice, juniors, to those with special needs. There is a division for all. All teams consist of 2 individuals.

 

All teams can consist of male-male, female-female, or male-female. Regardless of team makeup, only the top 3 teams per division will place.

CO-Ability Junior 

This division will consist of one athlete with special needs ages 12-17 and a second athlete without special needs of any gender or age. Athletes will use a variety of weights and adapted movements to meet their individual abilities. 

There is also an option to be paired with a special teams Jr. athlete without knowing them. **See special teams Jr. partner division

CO-Ability Senior 

This division will consist of one athlete with special needs ages 18+ and a second athlete without special needs of any gender. Athletes will use a variety of weights and adapted movements to meet their individual abilities. 

There is also an option to be paired with a special teams Sr. athlete without knowing them. **See Co-Ability Sr. partner divisions

Adult RX 

This division is for experienced competitive athletes. Teams must consist of 2 team members. Division standards are as followed: Teams can consist of male-male, female-female, or male-female. 

  • Male athletes must be able to dead lift 225 pounds, hang clean 165 pounds, and perform shoulder to overhead at 135 pounds. 
  • Female athletes must be able to dead lift 165 pounds, hang clean 115 pounds, and perform shoulder to overhead at 95 pounds. 
Adult Scaled 

This division is for athletes with either competitive experience, or athletes competing for the first time. Teams must consist of 2 team members. Division standards are as followed: Teams can consist of male-male, female-female, or male-female. 

  • Male athletes must be able to dead lift 185 pounds, hang clean 135 pounds, and perform shoulder to overhead at 95 pounds. 
  • Female athletes must be able to dead lift 135 pounds, hang clean 95 pounds, and perform shoulder to overhead at 65 pounds. 
Adult Novice  

This division is for athletes competing in their first competition. We welcome any athletes who want to experience competition in a welcoming and supportive environment. Teams must consist of 2 team members. Division standards are as follows: Teams can consist of male-male, female-female, or male-female. 

Athletes in this division will perform a variation of the following movements depending on the athlete’s individual ability: 

  • Box Jumps or Step-Ups 
  • Kettlebell Swings 
  • Air Squats 
  • Burpees 
  • Overhead Press 
Family 

This division will be for family members of male-male, female-female, or male-female to compete and have fun together! Teams must consist of 2 team members. Specifically, the family division is designated for adult family members to work with their school to adolescent aged kids. 

Athletes in this division will perform a variation of the following movements depending on the athlete’s individual ability: 

  • Box Jumps and Step-Ups 
  • Kettlebell Swings 
  • Air Squats 
  • Burpees 
  • Overhead Press 
Junior 

The Junior division is open for any athletes between the ages of 12-17. Teams must consist of 2 team members. Division standards are as follows: Teams can be built of male-male, female-female, or male-female.

Athletes in this division will perform a variation of the following movements depending on the athlete’s individual ability: 

  • Box Jumps and Step-Ups
  • Kettlebell Swings
  • Air Squats
  • Burpees
  • Overhead Press 

*See Family division available for younger competitors wanting to compete, but do not meet the age requirement.

  • A1-45 DeadLift 
  • A2-45 Hang Clean 
  • A1-A2-7-5-3 Deadlift/ Hang Clean/ Shoulder to Overhead

Event 1 Adaptive

  • Deadlifts-Picking objects up
  • Hang cleans-Slam Balls or RKB Swings, upright row, Theraband up right row
  • S2OH-Strict press, Push-Press
  • Cannot press overhead
  • Laying PVC/BB press
  • MB Pressing throw
  • Reach and touch 

FLOATER 1 Sit and REACH test 

  • EACH ATHLETE WILL PARTICIPATE IN TWO FLOATERS 
  • Floater events will be completed directly after each event of the competition 
  • Measurements are in inches 

EVENT 2


RELAY” 3 rounds for time: 

  • 50’ Shuttle Run down and back 
  • 50’ Box Carry + 20 Jumps + Box Carry back 24/20 
  • 50’ Farmers Carry down + 20 Double DB Snatch + Double Overhead DB Lunge Back 

12 Min Time Cap 

VARIATIONS

  • RX – As Written with 50/35 Dumbbell 
  • SCALED – 50’ Farmers Carry down + 20 ALTERNATING DB Snatch + SINGLE ARM Overhead DB Lunge Back with 35/25 Dumbbell 
  • NOVICE – 50’ Farmers Carry down + 20 DB Snatch + FRONT RACK DB Lunge Back with 25/15 Dumbbell  
  • TEENS WILL use weights adjusted by age 

Event 2 Adaptive

  • Shuttle Run-Can be pushed or drive
  • Box Carry- can Push box or carry MB/Use Step Up boxes
  • Box Jump-Step over MB  or Up and down on step up box
  • Farmer Carry- Can us KB if need
  • Modified for both adaptive and Novice Db Snatch- Single arm KB swing/DB Curl and press 

FLOATER 2 – Slam Ball Toss 

  • EACH ATHLETE WILL PARTICIPATE IN TWO FLOATERS 
  • Floater events will be completed directly after each event of the competition 
  • Measurements are in inches 
  • Slam Ball toss- Bean Bag Toss/ Modify the weight that are thrown 

EVENT 3


“SYNCRO” For time: 

  • 21-15-9 
  • Synchronized Plate Thruster  
  • Synchronized Burpee to Plate 

 

8 Min Time Cap 

 

VARIATIONS

  • RX 45/35  
  • SCALED 35/25  
  • NOVICE 25/15   
  • TEENS and Family division standards will be determined based on age

Event 3 Adaptive 

  • Synchronized plate thruster- Must just finish movement at the same time/can be a push press over head/sit to box stand and press/ Full extension of the arms does not matter if it is in front or overhead.
  • Burpee to Plate-Touch your toes reach up to sky/hand on box and step back to designated line then walk feet back in and stand up reach overhead or out in front 

Floater 3 – Broad Jump 

  • EACH ATHLETE WILL PARTICIPATE IN TWO FLOATERS 
  • Floater events will be completed directly after each event of the competition 
  • Measurements are in inches 
  • Board Jump-Jump of height or distance/Max Standing/Pressing through feet using arm on chair/Dip Hold/ 

EVENT 4


ROW” for time:

  • 2k Row  
  • 200 Double Unders 
  • 2k Row  
  • 200 Double Unders 

20 Min Time Cap 

 

VARIATIONS 

  • RX 200 Double Unders 
  • SCALED 200 Single Unders in place of Double Unders 
  • NOVICE 100 Plate Jumps in place of Double Unders 

Event 4 Adaptive

  • 2K Row-certain # of pulls instead of distance or certain lowered distance 100Meters girls
    200 M Male
    Jump rope-Step up box step or or plate step up/Line jumps or step overs/Toe taps/Step up onto box and jump down/ Jump reach to a target (Ex. PVC pipe) 

Floater 4 – Max Hang 

  • EACH ATHLETE WILL PARTICIPATE IN TWO FLOATERS 
  • Floater events will be completed directly after each event of the competition 
  • Score will be in for time 
  • Max Hang-Max MB hold in front or overhead/ Hold ring row position/Max Farmer hold
