ABLE to Move
In 2020, TNT Kid’s Fitness and Connor McGovern, New York Jets Center, and Fargo native, designed and branded an all-inclusive competition named ABLE Games. From this vision sparked by the NFL’s Play 60 Initiative, McGovern wanted to find a way to extend the opportunity of exercise and play to kids of all abilities side by side for the community that provided him so much growing up.
‘ABLE to Move’ is inspired to engage children in 60 minutes or more of physical activity each day. TNT will be hosting ABLE to Move, Friday, March 31, 9:30-10:30a at the NDSU SHAC, 1300 17th Avenue North, Fargo, ND 58102.
ABLE to Move is not only an inclusive way to introduce ability, Connor also has invited (5) of his NFL friends from the Vikings, Buffalo Bills, and others along with World CrossFit Athletes to join him! All participants will receive an ABLE Games duffle bag and will have the opportunity to interact with Connor and his guests on the floor!
