Our sport requires judges with integrity, accuracy, and consistency. Judges count repetitions, adhere to programmed movement standards and validate finish times and performances. Experience isn’t necessary, guidance and training provided beforehand.
Help our head staff make sure the floor is set-up for each event accurately and according to the weight and equipment breakdown guide. This may also include wiping down bars, rigs, and all equipment that is dirty of full of chalk.
Collect payment for spectators, direct athletes to registration, and check wristbands.
Athlete check in
Assist with athlete check in at the beginning of competition.
Corral athletes for the heats of each event. Take athlete attendance and escort them to the competition floor.
Assist with the co-ability athletes before reaching the competition floor. Ensure they know the movements of the upcoming event.
Volunteers will assist with the two hospitality rooms. Making sure the room is stocked with food and cleaned up as needed.
As a scoring volunteer you run information to scoring table administrators from the judges, and it’s recorded and posted.
Our traffic control volunteers will help athletes navigate the SHAC. These volunteers will be located at different locations throughout the building to assist athletes to various places such as: registration, practice gym, staging, and competition gym.

Our Volunteer Check-In crew will check in all volunteers, hand out t-shirts, and assist volunteers to where they need to be.
